INTRODUCTION

IDEAL PUBLIC SCHOOL managed by Kulgachia Ideal Public Society (Govt. Regd.). It is a Co-educational English Medium School. In this prospectus we are appending directly to the students and parents who are ameliorative and have the desire to do better than the ordinary persons and who wants to educate and train himself to obtain good status in future. A student with us follow his aim of life. The school lays emphasis on character building. Co curricular activities for all round development of the child. (WE CAN AND DO CARRY OUT EVERYTHING WE STATE IN THIS PROSPECTUS.).

School Hours

A Pupil must reach school at least 5 minutes before the commencement of assembly. School Gate will be closed at 8:00 am and no pupil wil be allowed to enter the school premises after the gate is closed and ends at 2:00 pm. On specified days of the week, Pupil may require to stay back after regular school hours for extra-Curricular activity, remedial special classes etc.

RULES OF THE SCHOOL

Students are reminded to address their teachers and all the members of the staff with due respect and politeness. On their way to and from school they are expected to behave in a polite manner.
Students who have been absent from class must have the reason for their absence noted in the regularity records. No leave of absence is given without a previous application in writing from the guardians.
No students is allowed to leave the school premises except on the strength of a letter of authorisation from his/her guardian.
Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their-books and belongings. Each article should be marked with the pupil's name. No jewellery is to be worn in the school.
Damaging the school property is highly offensive. Any damage done to school property should be made good by the pupils concerned by depositing the fine amount to the school office only.
No fines of any kind or collections for any purpose whatsoever may be made without the Principal's previous sanction and due notice to parents.
No books periodicals or newspapers of any objectionable nature shall be brought in to the school. All books and magazines for private reading must be submitted to the Teacher-in-Charge for approval.
Parents and Guardians are not allowed to see their ward(s) interview teachers during school hours.
No Parents and Guardians are allowed to visit to the School staff during school hours without the permission of Principal.

Note: Passing in internal assessment is compulsory for the students. If a student fails in internal assessment the parents will be called.

INSTRUCTION FOR PARENTS

Special attention is given to a high standard of morality and discipline.
Parents and Guardians are requested to Co-operate with the school authorities by urging their wards to be regular and punctual in attendance and punctilious about manners and speech implicit obedience of School rules and regulations is an essential condition of continuance on the School rolls.
Parents and Guardians are requested not to engage private tutors without consulting the school authorities. It is the policy of the school as a rule to discourage tuitions as they may prove injurious to the real progress of the pupils.
By seeing their wards are diligent at their home work and lessons.
By insisting on neatness and cleanliness in their text books, exercise books and personal appearance by occasionally interviewing the principal to discuss the progress of their children.
All communications should be addressed to the Principal.
Any change of address or contact no. should be notified immediately.
Please do not phone the school on days when there is heavy rain, suspension of public transport or any other emergency. School will continue for those students who are present.
